These rules explain the basic expectations for using Mately.

Use the app responsibly

Do not use Mately for harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, spam, threats, impersonation, or illegal activity.

Content moderation

Reported posts, reels, accounts, and messages may be reviewed. Public content can be hidden or removed when it violates policy. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, banned, or restored after appeal.

Reports and appeals

Users can report unsafe content, impersonation, spam, harassment, or other abuse. If an account is restricted, the affected user may contact support with a clear explanation and any relevant evidence.

Account restrictions

If your account is suspended or banned, you may be logged out and blocked from using the app until the action is reviewed or reversed.

Appeals

Where available, users can submit appeals for account restrictions, content removals, or verification decisions.

Install Mately only from official links on this website or official app stores.
